Duo Outdoor Sauna - 2 Person

A 2-seat thermowood kit at $4,899 with a 6 kW heater and a 1-year warranty; at $2,450 a seat it is 60 percent above the all-model median.

Duo is the fifth-cheapest of the 12 two-seat saunas in our data, but only because everything at that size is dear per seat. Its $2,450 a seat compares with a median of $1,532 across all 85 models. The 6 kW heater is 3 kW per seat, double the 1.5 typical here, which suits a shell this small: 62.8 by 50.8 inches, 82.8 tall, about 22 square feet.

It weighs 910 pounds, against a median of 1,170, and arrives as a kit. The Almost Heaven Salem seats two in red cedar for $4,037 with a lifetime warranty, and the SunRay Bristow is $4,990 with 10 years. Duo offers 1 year, the shortest in our data, as on every Redwood Outdoors model. Redwood Outdoors is the only store we list, and the data records no shape or porch.
