Grove Outdoor Sauna - 8 Person

The largest Redwood Outdoors kit at $11,699 for 8 seats, 5 percent under the all-model median per seat, with a 9 kW heater.

Grove adds $3,000 to the Garden. For that you get a 9 kW heater instead of 8, a 94.1 by 94.1 inch base instead of 89 by 89, and 94.9 inches of height against 87.3. That is about 61 square feet, or 7.7 per seat, and 1,543 pounds, the heaviest Redwood Outdoors model. The 1.1 kW per seat is just under the 1.5 typical.

At $1,462 per seat it sits just under the all-model median of $1,532. The SaunaLife CL12GCP cube also seats eight with a changeroom for $10,990, and the Almost Heaven Lewisburg seats eight for $6,358. Grove carries a 1-year warranty. The numbers support it only if you want the extra headroom and a square layout. No shape or porch is recorded. Redwood Outdoors is the only store.
