Elation 4 Person Barrel Sauna (CTC2424W)

A 4-seat white cedar barrel with a porch at $6,945, 31 percent above the barrel median per seat and $818 more than the Serenity.

Elation and Serenity share the same seats, wood, porch and 5-year warranty. Elation is $6,945 and Serenity $6,127, and the extra $818 buys a bigger shell: 96 by 98 inches against 94.5 by 86.25, about 65 square feet against 57, and 88 inches high against 86.25. Weight is not listed for the Elation.

Elation or Serenity

At $1,736 per seat it ranks 30th of 37 barrels. The Almost Heaven Charleston, a 4-seat canopy barrel, is $693 cheaper. No heater type or power is recorded, so we cannot tell if it comes with one. Choose it only if you need the extra interior width. Otherwise the Serenity is a better value. Topture is the only store.
